We use Notion at cs design.
What we struggled with:
Where are we on this project?
I need the client’s info for this proposal.
Didn’t we send that PDF out already?
We need a checklist so our drawings are complete?
How long did the DD phase take anyway?
What budget is left for DD by the way?
I can’t find the meeting notes where we deleted that beam.
Tracking time in Excel sucks.
What tasks are you working on this week?
The client wants an update on the project timeline.
What are the next steps to get the feasibility study done?
I wish we had a catalog of the best products we’ve used.
Can you show me (again) how you modeled that in BIM?
We need a standardized way of writing proposals.
So we tried:
What we found:
Too complex.
Too Expensive.
Did one thing well. Two things badly.
Multiple apps required anyway.
We spent more time managing multiple apps than actually getting work done.
Until we found Notion.
Simple. Easy to use.
