A Small Lot by definition, creates lots that are typically 1/4th the size of those around it.
The resulting 4 homes have smaller footprints, but all of the conveniences of a single family home.
The home that faces the street has a setback 3rd floor so it compliments the 2 story homes nearby.
A private driveway allows access to an interior drive court with access to private garages.

As the homes are very close to each other, all windows and balconies were placed in a way that allow for privacy and views.
Each home features private, but spacious outdoor balconies with large openings to the interior.
In the kitchens we placed a "window backsplash" which allows for natural daylight and views.
The open plan of the 2nd floors are comfortable and allows for flexible use of space.
It's important to allow for access to private outdoor space whenever possible.
Large windows are kept high enough to allow for furniture, yet provide expansive views out.
Bedrooms also feature seating areas and access to private balconies.
From the street, the windows are sizable but placed strategically to allow for privacy.
